Because we are a small establishment, cancellations can be very problematic for our scheduling and costs. This means we have to implement a rather strict cancellation policy. If you need to cancel and do so more than 30 days prior to your booking date, your deposit will be carried forward to your next stay only if you rebook within 60 days. Unfortunately, if you cancel a booking less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, we will not be able to refund your deposit, even if your booking was made within that 30 day period. Please note that during some special occasions, the cancellation policy will vary from usual.
- Breakfast is served between 6am-10am. Our down-home breakfasts are prepared with quality ingredients. You have your choice of many hearty dishes such as biscuits and gravy, golden hashbrowns made from fresh potatoes not frozen, eggs as you like them, locally sourced sausages and bacon, and more.
- For lighter eaters, cereals, juices, and fruit are on offer.
- If you’re a vegetarian, just let us know.
- If you have special dietary needs, you’re welcome to bring your own food items.
The kitchen is not open for evening meals, but Paul has extensive knowledge of restaurants and eateries in the area and can recommend just the right place to satisfy your cravings.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate children or pets.
